According to left-leaning Google’s AI powered Gemini on 10.26.2024 is the following information.

According to left-leaning Bing’s AI powered Copilot are the following facts.

These affiliations show a trend of Democratic leadership in most of these cities, with Stockton [CA] being an exception. …”
Those numbers following the parenthetical word Democrat or Republican were links to references by Copilot to left-leaning Wikipedia for the data on political affiliation.
So, left-leaning Wikipedia and Copilot revealed: “These affiliations show a trend of Democratic leadership in most of these cities.”
Concerns over high crime rates are an issue of concern for most voters. The lack of affordable housing is another top issue for voters. If everyone knew the information on this page before the voted, how likely would it be that they would still vote for Democrats?
But there is more to know.
An article on MHLivingNews linked here which cited the Census Bureau for the data, ranked the states with the highest and lowest percentage of housing units in that jurisdiction that are either mobile home or HUD Code manufactured homes. The partial table that follows are the lowest on that chart. Puerto Rico data matched that of Hawaii.
When you compare the states with the most homelessness to the least amount of mobile or manufactured homes it is not a perfect correlation. But several of the states with lower percentages of manufactured housing also happen to be states with more people experiencing homelessness. That only stands to reason. Housing affordability, or the lack thereof, is a key cause for homelessness, according to those who have studied the issue.
Why the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) has routinely failed to make such data available to the general public is a good question (see the articles related to that trade group linked further below for insights). But as a matter of public policy and insights for those who have not yet voted in the 2024 general election, consider these obvious takeaways.
In no particular order of importance.
1) Copilot pointed out the 90 percent correlation between cities run by Democrats and that being a high crime city. The one exception was Stockton, CA. California is dominated by Democrats with their Governor Gavin Newsome (CA-D) and a Democratic legislature.
2) Johnny Harris is an apparent liberal and video opinion contributor for the left-leaning New York Times. Johnny Harris, no known relationship to the Democratic candidate for president, Kamala Harris (D), has a sobering point that follows.
3) As a political independent, it is not my point to say that Democrats are always wrong or that Republicans are always right. In my years of research and experience as a publisher, there are times that Democrats say or writing things that are pretty accurate. The same could be said about Republicans (a.k.a.: GOP or Grand Old Party).
In the left-leaning YouTube page for the video above are these statements. Presumably, Harris contributed to these insights.
“Liberal Hypocrisy is Fueling American Inequality. Here’s How. | NYT Opinion”
“It’s easy to blame the other side. And for many Democrats, it’s obvious that Republicans are thwarting progress toward a more equal society. But what happens when Republicans aren’t standing in the way? In many states — including California, New York and Illinois — Democrats control all the levers of power. They run the government. They write the laws. And as we explore in the video above, they often aren’t living up to their values. In key respects, many blue states are actually doing worse than red states. It is in the blue states where affordable housing is often hardest to find, there are some of the most acute disparities in education funding and economic inequality is increasing most quickly. Instead of asking, “What’s the matter with Kansas?” Democrats need to spend more time pondering, “What’s the matter with California?””
4) I’ve been to 47 of the 50 states, plus several trips to Canada and Mexico. In my academic years, I earned multiple awards in history and did quite well in business courses. I was a Dean’s List student at the University of Oklahoma (OU), but frankly wasn’t nearly as good in high school or junior high. That said, you don’t have to be a historian or great with numbers to see that Democratic run states are routinely worse off than Republican ones.
Share this link via email, text, messaging ap, or social media along with any others that follow below that have moved you with their insights. If I thought Republicans were a perfect political party, I would register Republican. Each party has highlights and lowlights. But it has to be said that in the age of McDonald Trump, he is taking the Republican Party in a new and arguably better direction. The U.S. did better under Trump (R) than it has under Joe Biden (D) and Kamala Harris (D). That’s hard to argue when right track vs. wrong track national polling routinely suggests that some 65 to 79 percent of the country think that the U.S. is on the wrong track in the last 3. 5 years.
According to Dan Bongino: ‘Republicans may not be the solution to all of your problems, but Democrats are certainly the cause of all your problems right now.’ Award-winning ex-CNN correspondent turned award-winning pundit Chris Plante puts it even more succinctly. What’s gone wrong in America? “Democrats” says Plante, meaning Democratic Party leadership. Both Plante and Bongino are featured on WMAL (“Newstalk 105.9 FM”) out of Washington, D.C. Plante strikes me as funnier, Bongino more systematic and sobering, but each brings forth information that helps listeners with “Making Sense of the News.” The other programs in their lineup from 5 am to 9 PM are good too.
“Apparently all of this bad stuff just ain’t bad enough. Unfortunately folks, this bad stuff and these crises are going to get worse before some voters realize that it’s the left’s fault.” – Dan Bongino on Nov 13, 2022.
“They’re left [i.e. Democrats] has become pathetically predictable. Whenever they accuse conservatives of doing something, it’s likely they’re doing it themselves.” – Dan Bongino.
Plante says similarly. He periodically cites Victoria Nuland who in Congressional testimony said: “it is a classic Russian technique to blame the other guy for what they are planning to do themselves.” That is a method known as projection, blaming another person or group for what the finger-pointer has been doing, or is planning to do themselves. “Victoria Jane Nuland (born July 1, 1961) is an American diplomat who served as Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs from 2021 to 2024. Her husband is Robert Kagan, an American historian,” per Wikipedia. Nuland is Biden-Harris Democrat.
People lead busy lives. But voting wisely is critical. If you need to learn more, see the prior articles in this fact-packed pre-election series. Or if this is article is enough to help you to see that the Democratic Party of today is routinely a factor or cause of our problems at the local, state, or federal level, that’s okay too. But vote wisely. Vote early if you can, because things can happen on election day that may unintentionally keep you from voting. We’ve voted (see the first two linked item below). Please, vote wisely because our mutual future depends on it. ##
