The Novi Home Show takes place October 14-16 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI.
The show is billed as a “one-stop destination for home improvement products for every type of project imaginable.”
Decorating and landscaping exhibits will be on display, as well as experienced businesses available for consulting or hire.
What the curious and manufactured home enthusiasts will be drawn to is the “show within a show,” as the Michigan Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA) Home Showcase will be on display.
A total of six model homes from member manufacturers, including Champion Home Builders, Clayton Homes and Skyline Homes will be on display.
Each home will be completely decorated and furnished, and representatives from manufactured home communities and retailers will be available to answer questions about manufactured home living.
Fans of the “tiny house” trend will have an opportunity to take a look at the Champion Athens tiny house-like park model, with one bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchen with full-size appliances.
More traditional, residential-style manufactured homes include:
- The Redman Advantage II from Champion Homes
- The Jackson model from Clayton Homes
- The Brookstone model from Skyline Homes.
The address for the show is 46100 Grand River Avenue, Novi, Michigan 48374.
Hours for the home show are Friday 2-8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. There is no additional cost for the MMHA Home Showcase.
Adult admission (ages 13 and over) is $10, seniors (ages 55 and over) is $9; and children ages 12 and under are free. Special “$5 after 5” admission pricing is available on Friday and Saturday. ##
