Developed by Martin Newton of Pax Development, he originally proposed a ten unit, 42 foot tall condo for the property, and although city planning approved it, neighbors balked because the squatty design was out of place among the small Victorian homes.

The two duplexes and two single housing units will be ready for occupancy by May, 2013. City Planning Commission approved the two-story 1,400 square foot units with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The sixth modular home is set to arrive soon.
