Kim Capen Medville ROC – MH Appreciation and the Senior Community Lifestyle

For those considering the MH LifeStyle, there are literally dozens of insights and takeaways possible from this video.

First, our guest Kim Capen is the president of the Medville ROC – a 55+ manufactured home community in Goffstown, NH. Many have little or no clue about resident owned communities and how they work, which is one of the many reasons we wanted to speak to Kim on that subject.

Through our discussion, you get insights into what this one time owner of a 3500 square foot house thinks about contemporary manufactured home living.

While we were at this location, I stopped to speak with and was stopped by other residents. As you’ll see in this video, they also live in that same community. Each echoed the same points and community pride that Kim did with me in this edition of our MHLivingNews, Inside MH Road Show.

My thanks to Paul Bradley and Mike Bullard at ROC USA for making the introductions and arrangements for this interview. Paul is considered by many as a thought leader in MH, but let me say that he is a doer, as well as a thinker.  We’ll also bring you an exclusive video interview with Paul Bradley in the near term.

Until then, enjoy what Kim Capen has to share with you in this compelling story and check out other features here on ManufacturedHomeLivingNews. ##
