Evan Atkinson + Walnut Model Home Tour – Inside MH Video Road Show

We pick up where we left off with Evan Atkinson in an interview series we launched couple of months ago. Evan and his brother, Jack, are front-and-center, hands-on owners and mangers of MH retail powerhouse, Williams-Burg Square.

I say “power house,” because their award winning family operation hasn’t sold 500 or 1,000 homes. Rather, they’ve sold an amazing 10,000 manufactured and modular homes in Ohio and neighboring states over the years.

Part One of the video interview with Evan Atkinson, is linked here.

In this segment of the Inside MH video interview, Evan talks about the brothers’ philosophy about taking good care of their customers. We’ll share some links from some of the interviews we did during that initial Road Show:

The Atkinson family believes that properly displaying the home makes the shopping process for home-seekers easier. We’re told they prefer to custom order a home for a buyer, which can be based upon ideas found among dozens of models they have on display.

As Evan explains, they gladly serve the entry level, first-time buyer, as well as the mid-to-large, custom factory-crafted home purchaser. Their A+ Better Business Bureau rating speaks for itself.

What’s amazing is that an entry level – shade and shelter – MH from this retailer can start at, or under, $40 per square foot. Compare that to new construction that can cost twice as much as a comparable manufactured home, or more, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

Most people who read this article will be in some other part of the U.S. So if you or someone you know is shopping for a manufactured or modular home, look for the qualities you see and hear in these interviews. We plan to keep bringing you more of these Inside MH – Road Show homeowner and industry professional interviews and home tours until we’ve covered the nation from coast to coast. Thanks for checking in again soon. ## (Notice: Prices are deemed accurate at the time this was posted. For current figures, always contact a seller in your desired area.)
